Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms and conditions carefully before engaging with Finvanta's global financial advisory, corporate tax, and virtual CFO platforms.

Effective Date: September 1, 2026 • Last Updated: September 1, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Finvanta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Finvanta ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, utilizing our client portals, or retaining our professional accounting, tax strategy, and advisory services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not possess such authority, or if you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Finvanta provides specialized professional services structured around corporate financial governance and compliance:

  • Virtual CFO & Advisory: Strategic financial planning, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and executive management oversight.
  • Tax Preparation & Compliance: Multi-jurisdictional tax planning, filing coordination, and corporate tax advisory frameworks.
  • Bookkeeping & Vendor Management: Comprehensive ledger management, transaction reconciliation, and accounts payable processing.
  • Specialized Solutions: Point of sale integration, virtual monitoring, corporate branding, and designated business support services.

3. Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

The accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and tax filings depend heavily on the information you supply. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and authentic source documents, bank statements, ledger entries, and corporate disclosures required for the execution of our mandate.

You are solely responsible for reviewing all deliverables, tax returns, and financial statements prepared by Finvanta before final submission to regulatory authorities or third parties. Finvanta is not liable for discrepancies arising from withheld, delayed, or falsified information provided by the client or third-party vendors.

4. Fees, Invoicing & Payment Terms

Professional fees for our services are outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW), service agreements, or retainer schedules agreed upon prior to project commencement. Invoices are issued based on project milestones, hourly rates, or monthly retainer models as specified.

Unless otherwise stated, all invoices are due upon receipt. Failure to settle outstanding balances within the designated grace period may result in the suspension of ongoing advisory services, withholding of deliverables, or termination of the engagement contract.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary tools, financial models, workflow templates, software configurations, and analytical frameworks utilized or developed by Finvanta remain the exclusive intellectual property of Finvanta.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use final reports and deliverables generated specifically for their internal corporate operations. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of our proprietary framework is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finvanta, its partners, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any direct claims under these Terms shall be strictly limited to the total professional fees paid by you to Finvanta for the specific service engagement giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve (12) months.

7. Termination of Engagement

Either party may terminate an ongoing professional service agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms specified in your specific engagement letter or SOW (typically thirty days prior notice).

Upon termination, the client remains fully responsible for settling all pro-rata fees and reimbursable expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination. Finvanta reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches compliance protocols or engages in fraudulent activities.
